Amend the bill by striking out all of section 2 and inserting the following:

‘Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF (FORMERLY DHS)

Private Non-medical Institutions (PNMI) - State Only N069

Initiative: Appropriates funds to restore reimbursement to private nonmedical institutions for bed-hold days up to 45 days annually per resident determined to qualify for medical or therapeutic absences and up to 7 days annually for personal or family-related absences.
