An Act To Reimburse Communities That Have Constructed Sand and Salt Sheds Rated Priority 3 and 4

Sec. 1. Allocation. The following funds are allocated from the Highway Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Initiative: Allocates funds for the cost of reimbursing municipalities for Priority 3 and Priority 4 sand and salt building projects that were identified by the Department of Transportation as of January 2009. Funds allocated for this purpose may not lapse but must be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
