Amend the resolve by striking out all of section 1 (page 1, lines 1 to 5 in L.D.) and inserting the following:

‘Sec. 1. Adopt rules. Resolved: That, by December 31, 2009, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rules to increase MaineCare dental reimbursement rates to the 25th percentile of New England regional survey dental fees for those dental procedures identified in the Office of MaineCare Services table of dental procedure codes as D0140; D1110; D1120; D2330; D2331; D2332; D2391; D2392; D2394; D7140; D7210; and D9220; and be it further

Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. Resolved: That the following appropriations and allocations are made.
