Resolve, To Implement Certain Recommendations of the Report of the Governor's Task Force on Expanding Access to Oral Health Care for Maine People

Sec. 1. Adopted Rules. Resolved: That, by December 31, 2009, the Department of Health and Human Services shall amend its rules to update MaineCare dental reimbursement rates in accordance with recommendation #1 of the 2008 Governor's Task Force on Expanding Access to Oral Health Care for Maine People for 17 dental procedures reviewed and approved by the Maine Dental Access Coalition.

This resolve would increase MaineCare dental reimbursement rates in accordance with recommendation #1 of the 2008 Governor's Task Force on Expanding Access to Oral Health Care for Maine People.
