Amend the bill in section 3 in paragraph F in the last line (page 1, line 16 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " disseminated." the following: ' Information that is not prescription monitoring information and is separately acquired following access to prescription monitoring information pursuant to this paragraph remains subject to protection or dissemination in accordance with section 3022.'
