Resolve, To Require the Department of Transportation To Improve the Safety of the Intersection of Route 4 and the Dill Road in the Town of Phillips

Sec. 1. Safety improvements. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation, referred to in this resolve as "the department," shall take whatever steps are necessary to make improvements and to maintain the improvements once made to the intersection of Route 4 and the Dill Road in the Town of Phillips to make the intersection safer. In making these improvements, the department has the authority to take whatever easement rights are necessary.
