An Act Concerning the Allocation of Power Generated by GNE, LLC
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. P&SL 2001, c. 45, §2-A is enacted to read:
Sec. 2-A. Power generated. Power generated by the hydropower facilities must first be allocated to the paper production facilities located in Millinocket and East Millinocket.

This bill requires that the GNE, LLC hydropower facilities must give the paper mills operated in Millinocket and East Millinocket first priority when allocating generated power.
