Resolve, Directing the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services To Adopt Rules Requiring a Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis Booster Vaccination in School-age Children
Sec. 1. Booster for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis; rules. Resolved: That the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services shall jointly adopt rules setting requirements for administering a booster vaccination for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis for school-age children. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services to jointly adopt rules setting requirements for a tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis booster vaccination to be given to school-age children.
