Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Appropriates funds to be provided to the Gulf of Maine Research Institute to organize meetings of marine stakeholders along the coast of the State regarding the development of ocean wind energy.
