An Act To Allow One Registration Fee for Multiple-town Poker Runs
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 17 MRSA §332, sub-§5-A is enacted to read:
5-A. Multiple-town event licenses. Notwithstanding subsections 4 and 5, the Chief of the State Police may issue one license to multiple organizations eligible under this section that have coordinated to conduct a game of chance event that requires the participants to travel from one geographic location to another in order to play the game. The fee for a license issued in accordance with this subsection may not exceed $25.
