An Act To Survey Anglers Annually
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §10103, sub-§13 is enacted to read:
13. Annual survey of anglers. The commissioner shall contract with a professional polling firm for an annual survey measuring the interests and opinions of anglers who fish in this State, both residents and nonresidents, including, but not limited to, their level of satisfaction with their fishing experiences.
