Joint Order To Amend Joint Rule 211

the Senate concurring, that the Joint Rules be amended by amending Joint Rule 211 by adding after the last paragraph a new paragraph to read:

By signing the bill the primary sponsor is certifying to the best of the primary sponsor's knowledge, information and belief, formed after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances, that:

1. Not presented for improper purpose. The bill is not being presented for any improper purpose;

2. Warranted by nonfrivolous argument. The bill is warranted by nonfrivolous argument; and

3. Sponsor will vote for bill. If brought to the floor for a vote in a substantially similar form as the original bill, the primary sponsor will vote for the bill.
