Amend the order in Joint Rule 317 in the last line by inserting after the following: " jurisdiction" the following: ' and to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over appropriations and financial affairs'

SUMMARY

This amendment adds language requiring the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over health and human services matters to report to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over appropriations and financial affairs as well as the joint standing committee of jurisdiction after reviewing a bill or resolve affecting the Fund for a Healthy Maine.
