An Act To Prohibit the Sale of a Road Sign Originally Placed by the State, a County or a Municipality
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §1154 is enacted to read:
§ 1154. Sale of signs prohibited
A person may not sell or offer to sell a sign that had been placed by the State, a county or a municipality on a highway or street. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
