| This legislation includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Corrections of $49,429 in fiscal year 2008-09 and $50,686 in fiscal year 2009-10 to provide funds for one part-time Departmental Advocate position and general operating expenses to carry out the purposes of this act. Additional costs to the Judicial Department regarding the project extension can be absorbed by the department utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
