| This legislation authorizes the Department of Environmental Protection to collect an additional license renewal service fee for certain wastewater dischargers. Based on 394 licensed dischargers, the new fee will increase Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Maine Environmental Protection Fund within the Department of Environmental Protection by $86,825 in fiscal year 2008-09, $89,430 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $92,113 in fiscal year 2010-11. | ||||||
