The Commission on
Governmental Ethics and Election Practices will require a one-time allocation
of $7,500 in fiscal year 2008-09 to
update its electronic filing system and public disclosure website. Funding for this allocation would come from
existing funds within the lobbyist fee special revenue account. This update is necessary to publish an
on-line photographic guide of lobbyists which is required under this
legislation.
