	Additional costs to provide assistance to improve legislative policy committee training and orientation sessions can be absorbed by the Legislature utilizing existing budgeted resources.  Additional costs to the Secretary of State associated with maintaining agency liaison information and e-mail links, notices of proposed and adopted rules, and contact information for members of Governor-appointed review boards and councils can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
