| This bill includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program within the Maine State Housing Authority to provide heating assistance to eligible Maine households. The bill also requires a one-time transfer of $5,000,000 from the State-Municipal Revenue Sharing program within the Office of the Treasurer to the General Fund to reimburse for the appropriation. | ||||||
