Additional costs
associated with participating in a work group can be absorbed by the State
Planning Office, the Department of Marine Resources and the Department of
Conservation utilizing existing budgeted resources. The moratorium on new submerged lands
leases for commercial projects by the Department of Conservation, and
aquaculture leases by the Department of Marine Resources, is not expected to
have any effect on revenue during the 18 month moratorium period. |
