The Commission on
Governmental Ethics and Election Practice will require a one-time Other
Special Revenue funds allocation of $35,000 in fiscal year 2008-09 to develop
an online system for publication of executive employee disclosure forms. Funding for this allocation would come from
existing funds within the Maine Clean Election Fund.
