Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment will decrease the General Fund cost of the bill by $885,199 in fiscal year 2007-08 and increase the General Fund cost of the bill by $756,942 in fiscal year 2008-09.  Based on the estimated year-end balances, this amendment maintains a balanced budget for the 2008-2009 biennium.
	This amendment will increase the Fund for a Healthy Maine cost of the bill by $3,428,889 in fiscal year 2008-09.  Based on the estimated year-end balances in the Fund for a Healthy Maine, the Fund for a Healthy Maine maintains a balanced budget for the 2008-2009 biennium.
