	This amendment will increase the General Fund cost of the bill by $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2007-08.  Based on the estimated year-end balances, this amendment maintains a balanced budget for the 2008-2009 biennium.
	This amendment increases Highway Fund resources by $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2007-08.
