|
Revenues from the
sliding fee scale methodology for state-grant-funded children's services are
kept by the providers. Eliminating the
fees will not impact state revenue.
Without fees there may be a tendency for more usage of the
program. Any additional costs to the
Department of Health and Human Services as a result of an increase in
utilization of services when respite care services are removed from the
sliding fee scale requirement for state grant-funded children's services
would be absorbed by the department utilizing existing budget resources. |
