This bill would
repeal the current cap of $1,200 per year on rental rates for submerged lands
leased from the State and would result in increased Other Special Revenue
Funds revenue to the Department of Conservation of $140,000 in fiscal year
2008-2009. It is assumed that revenue
would increase by an additional $140,000 per year over the next 5 years to a
maximun annual revenue increase of $700,000. |
