| This legislation includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Board of Environmental Protection of $19,800 annually beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to provide funds for increased per diem and meal allowance expenses. It also includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission of $27,860 annually beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to provide funds for increased per diem expenses. There are currently funds available within these accounts to cover the proposed increase in the per diem rate. | ||||||
