101: Maine Unified Special Education
Regulation Birth to Age Twenty, a Major Substantive Rule of the Department of
Education, authorized the final adoption of portions of Chapter 101 provided
that certain amendments, including a change in the deadline for the
completion of an initial evaluation or a reevaluation of a child from 40
school days to within 60 calendar days, be incorporated into the rule. |
