Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The establishment of a dedicated account within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to provide funding for the costs of hiring an architectural consultant is likely to increase dedicated expenses and revenue.  The amounts will depend on the funds collected by the department and can not be determined at this time.  If sufficient outside funds are not received for an architectural consultant, a General Fund appropriation may be requested to make up the difference.
