| The cost of the per diem and expenses for the additional legislator who will serve as a member of the Technical Advisory Group on Toxic Monitoring is projected to be $420 annually beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 and continuing untill fiscal year 2010-11. The Legislature's proposed budget includes $30,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $20,000 in fiscal year 2008-09 for legislative studies and related requests. Whether the amounts are sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature. | ||||||
