| This legislation will not affect the funding of the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education. However, changing the cost-sharing formula for municipalities in school administrative units composed of more than one municipality will result in a fiscal impact to the member municipalities in most of the existing multiple town school administrative districts and community school districts beginning in fiscal year 2009-10. The impact can not be determined at this time. | ||||||
