an appropriation of $158,000 in 2008-09 for the costs of the Department of
Health and Human Services in creating and implementing representative payee
and disability specialist programs for recipients of supplemental security
income or social security benefits.
These appropriations are "unallocated" and assume the Commissioner will assess and
identify the most cost-effective way to implement and administer these
programs and recommend the distribution of these funds and creation of
limited period positions by financial order as needed. |
