Requiring any
state fee or other charge imposed on consumer-owned transmission and
distribution utilities to be approved by a 2/3 vote of each House of the
Legislature could reduce future revenue assessed by the Public Utilities
Commission (PUC). The final resolution
of any fee increases proposed by the PUC cannot be predicted at this time. |
