Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the Maine Jobs Council in the event that outside funding is received to develop a strategic marketing plan and to identify resources for employer outreach.
	Additional costs to the Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services associated with establishing the interdepartmental committee to develop the required statewide transition plan and with establishing the required stakeholder group to design and implement the required system of community services can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
	Additional costs to the Department of Education  to serve on the stakeholder group can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
