Fiscal Detail and
Notes |
Reducing the fee
that the Department of Public Safety can charge for certain criminal history
record checks will reduce General Fund revenue collected by the department.
The estimated amounts are $300,000 and $400,000 in fiscal years 2007-08 and
2008-09 respectively. The amount of
the reduction in General Fund revenue resulting from the cap on the fee for
certain Department of Health and Human Services records cannot be determined
at this time. |
