Minor cost increase - General Fund Removes previously indicated correctional and judicial impact
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill had indicated it was establishing a Class C crime and the fiscal note indicated that but did not account for the fact that the affected violations were already in statute with penalties similar to those of Class C but had not been labeled as Class C.  Therefore, the fiscal impact of labeling is negligible and this corrects the fiscal note to indicate the only impact left is a minor cost increase to the Department of the Attorney General which can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
