Legislative Study
	This legislation will require the Joint Standing Committee on Taxation and the Joint Standing Committee on Business, Research and Economic Development to fulfill certain responsibilities during the interim.  Since the Legislature's 2008-09 budget has not been finalized, it is not known how many committee meeting days will be authorized for interim policy committee meeings or what other work and studies may be authorized for each committee.  The estimated cost for each Joint Standing Committee to meet one time is $1,625.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development associated with providing  the written report and developing the required proposals can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
