This legislation
will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Public
Utilities Commission of $154,126 in fiscal year 2007-08, $207,819 in fiscal
year 2008-09, $211,137 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $214,620 in fiscal year
2010-11 to provide funds for one Utility Analyst position and general
operating expenses required to carry out the purposes of this act. |
