|
This amendment
requires that at the end of each fiscal year, the State Controller shall
transfer from the Snowmobile Trail Fund to the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund an amount equal to the tax exemption for certain snowmobile
grooming equipment. The estimated amounts are $46,660 and $65,323 in fiscal
years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively. |
