violation that prohibits the manufacture, sale and distribution of toys and
child care products made with specified chemicals. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts. |

The Department of Health and Human Services will incur additional costs associated with the required study and report. The exact amount of these costs cannot be determined at this time. The Department of the Attorney General will incur additional costs to assist with the enforcement of this proposed new violation. These costs will can be absorbed by the Department of the Attorney General utilizing existing budgeted resources. |
