| Additional costs to the State Board of Funeral Service within the Office of Licensing and Registration, Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, associated with rulemaking can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. Allowing owners of closed hearses or other appropriate vehicles to transport human remains in sealed containers from a licensed funeral establishment to a location in or outside the state without being licensed by the State Board of Funeral Service may result in a decrease in dedicated revenue to the board. The amount is not expected to be significant. | ||||||
