| The authorization of a Breast Cancer Support Services specialty registration plate will require a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation in fiscal year 2008-09 of $40,440 to the Secretary of State for the costs of manufacturing the plates. This amount was received by the Secretary of State in February 2008 from the Maine Cancer Foundation. The new plate will increase Highway Fund revenue in fiscal year 2008-09 by an estimated $11,000, increase dedicated revenue to the Specialty License Plate Fund within the Secretary of State by an estimated $1,200 in fiscal year 2008-09 and increase dedicated revenue to the Breast Cancer Support Services Special Programs Fund within the Department of Health and Human Services by $10,800 in fiscal year 2008-09, $36,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $40,500 in fiscal year 2010-11. | ||||||
