| Establishing a special Breast Cancer Support Services license plate will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $54,201 in fiscal year 2007-08 for the Administration - Motor Vehicles program within the Department of the Secretary of State for the costs of manufacturing the plates. In addition, the department will collect dedicated revenue for the Breast Cancer Support Services Special Programs Fund and the Specialty License Plate Fund. The amounts will depend on the number of plates sold and cannot be determined at this time. Finally, beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, the newly established Breast Cancer Support Services Special Programs Fund within the Department of the Secretary of State will require an annual base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500. The Department of Human Services already has a program to receive its share of the new revenue and no new allocation is needed. | ||||||
