| Limiting fine amounts to the lower of two fines when a vehicle exceeds limits for both gross vehicle weight and axle weight will reduce fine revenue to the General Fund and the Highway Fund. As the data related to these fines does not indicate how many times these violations occur at the same time, no estimate is currently available of the impact of this bill to the funds. The judicial branch is working to come up with a reasonable estimate of the revenue loss. | ||||||
