The Maine
Unemployment Commission within the Department of Labor will require Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations of $78,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $106,600
in fiscal year 2008-09 for one Assistant Attorney General position. This position is necessary to fulfill the
terms of a contract that the Commission has with the University of Maine Law
School that requires that the supervision of the legal interns from the
University of Maine Law School that work at the Commission be provided by a
lawyer. |
