Allowing the
exemption from licensing as an auctioneer for those individuals who contract
to sell goods over the internet to continue past the May 15, 2007 sunset date
will result in a loss of dedicated revenue from licensing fees that would
have been collected had the sunset provision not been repealed. The loss in revenue is not expected to be
significant. |
