|
The Department of
Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will require a one-time General Fund
appropriation of $4,500 in fiscal year 2007-08 to implement a program to
regulate agricultural composting. The
additional costs associated with assisting in investigating composting
operations violations will be absorbed by the Department of Environmental
Protection utilizing existing budgeted resources.
