This legislation will require a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Environmental Protection in the amount of $50,120 in fiscal year 2007-08, $70,769 in fiscal year 2008-09, $73,212 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $75,710 in fiscal year 2010-11. The appropriation will provide funds for an Environmental Specialist III position and general operating expenses to carry out the proposed notice requirements. |
