This amendment
creates a resolve to study the feasibility of a bridge in the St. David
area. The Department of Transportation
currently has federal planning funds on hand which can be used to cover all
the costs of this study, estimated to be $30,000. The $200,000 Highway Fund allocation in
fiscal year 2007-08 has been removed.
The Department states that the New Brunswick Department of Transportation
has indicated its willingness to help fund this study. |
