Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment decreases the General Fund cost of the bill by $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and increases the General Fund cost of the bill by $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2008-09.  Based on available balances, a balanced General Fund budget is maintained.
	Part A appropriations inadvertently left out of Part A of the Committee Amendment were accounted for in the fiscal note for the Committee Amendment.
