Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $468,185 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $440,093 in fiscal year 2008-09.
	As amended, this bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $305,768 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $321,057 in fiscal year 2008-09 for the Education in the Unorganized Territory program within the Department of Education to fund the increased tuition costs for secondary school students.
	As amended, this bill will increase General Fund revenue transferred from the Unorganized Territory Educational and Services Fund within the Department of Audit to be collected for all property owners in the unorganized territory.  The estimated revenue is equal to the estimated additional expenditures of $305,768 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $321,057 in fiscal year 2008-09.
